How do you clean your mousepad?

So I know how to clean my tower, keyboard, mouse, etc. Easy stuff. But how do I clean my mouse pad without screwing it up? How do you clean your mouse pad?

Handsoap and a cloth, handsoap because it's mild and just work it into a soft cloth until the cloth is just slightly wet and the soap is lightly forthy, then rub the mousepad until it's clean. Mine is a cloth Corsair MM 200 mousepad.

I put my entire mousepad in the sink and give it a good wash with soap and water then put it outside to dry off. Admittedly I don't wash it that often but this basic fabric on foam mousepad doesn't seam to suffer.

Whenever I want to clean my mousepad I just throw it in the washing machine with a load of towels.

Yep, throw it in the washing machine and dryer with the regular laundry and it comes out looking new.

I have a SteelSeries QcK+

Fill sink with hot water and dish soap
Put mousepad in solution
Rub mousepad surface lightly
Rinse mousepad, make sure all soapy soap is out
Two drying methods, air dry (fast) or leave by window (slow)
For best results, leave mousepad alone for 24hours after cleaning

Same apart from I use my bath as sink is tiny. Fuck load of soap and hot water, scrub it with my hand not being at all gentle, rinse well, hang over radiator. Probably had 3 years and 5 washes and its still great condition apart from a bit of slack at the edges. Honestly though at this point who cares those suckers are so cheap.

I have washed a QcK+ several times and the sink with dish soap method did not work that well for me. The last time i washed it, i used hand soap and a sponge and that worked perfectly.
